Help shape the core intelligence that powers Genie Health. Work on models that make health data understandable, predictive, and actionable for users — whether they're patients seeking clarity or doctors making critical decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience with Generative AI based engineering, machine learning, analytical modelling, and cohort analysis
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud ML environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with health data formats (HL7, FHIR) or medical ontologies
• Familiarity with NLP for extracting insights from unstructured medical text
• Background in bioinformatics, predictive modelling for health, or clinical decision support systems
• Excellent story telling skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop algorithms to interpret and predict health outcomes using multi-source data
• Build and refine models to surface personalised health insights and early warnings for potential risks
• Drive dynamic cohorts and actions by cohorts for consumer segments
• Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into Genie's platform and APIs
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends in population and longitudinal health data
• Ensure model fairness, explainability, and compliance with healthcare data regulations
