What We Stand For
Your personal health information is not for sale. We do not sell, rent, or trade your health data to advertisers, insurers, or any third party. Your data exists to help you, not to generate revenue for us.
Your health records are anonymised before AI sees them. Before any health record or document is processed by our AI, personally identifying information is stripped out. The AI models we use never see your name, NRIC, or contact details linked to your health content.
You decide who to share your data, and for how long. Sharing with a clinic or health provider is always opt-in, and you can revoke access at any time from within the app.
How We Protect Your Account
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We enforce multi-factor authentication and regular access reviews. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS in Singapore.
Third-Party Sub-Processors
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting, database, and AI services. Your health records are stored on AWS servers in Singapore.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — AI inference via Vertex AI. All personal identifiers are stripped before any data reaches this service.
Supabase — Database and authentication. Data is encrypted at rest with strictly controlled access.
Resend — Email delivery for transactional emails. Only the information needed to send your message is shared.
OneSignal — Push notifications for appointment reminders and health alerts. Only your device token and notification content are shared.
Compliance
Genie complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not serve as an electronic health record or regulated medical device under Singapore law.
