This Privacy Policy of Genie Health Pte. Ltd. and/or its corporate affiliates explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data when you use our website, applications, and/or services.

"Personal Data" means data about an individual who can be identified from that data. "Purposes" means the purposes for which we collect your Personal Data. "SingPass" means the national digital identity platform of Singapore.

2. Types of Personal Data We Collect

We collect contact and registration information, medical and health-related information, wearable and fitness data, calendar and scheduling data, payment details, SingPass details where applicable, content you submit, responses generated by the Services, feedback, and communications. We also collect technical data automatically such as IP addresses, device information, and usage data.

3. How We Process and Use Your Personal Data

We process Personal Data to provide and maintain the Services, create and administer your account, enable third-party integrations, facilitate payments, personalise your experience, communicate with you, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Services.

Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure: Genie's use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy. Data is used only to provide user-facing features, not for advertising or AI/ML training.

AI-Powered Features: Genie uses Google Gemini AI, OpenAI, Claude and GLM AI models for features such as Ask Genie and personalised health insights. Information is transmitted securely and used solely to provide the requested feature.

4. How We Disclose or Export Your Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to our affiliates, service providers (including AI model providers, payment processors, cloud storage providers), professional advisers, and third parties as required for the Purposes or by law. 5. Cross-Border Transfers of Personal Data

Our primary processing facilities are in Singapore. We may transfer Personal Data to affiliates, contractors, and service providers in other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention of Personal Data

We retain Personal Data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary for the Purposes. Upon account deletion, we initiate deletion within 30 days and complete backup removal within 90 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. How We Maintain Your Personal Data

We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, loss, and alteration.

8. Safeguards in Relation to Underlying AI Models

AI-generated Outputs are informational only and not medical advice. Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be accurate. Users should independently verify Outputs against original reports. Genie applies data minimisation and redaction safeguards before sharing data with AI providers.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the Services and analyse usage. You may decline cookies via browser settings, though some features may be affected.

10. Where You Provide Us With Third-Party Personal Data

You should only provide third-party Personal Data where permitted under the Terms of Service, and only with the required consents from those individuals.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Your Rights in Respect of Your Personal Data

You have the right to access and correct your Personal Data. Submit requests in writing to privacy@geniehealth.care. We will endeavour to respond within 30 days.
